Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026.

This is a small, one-person site. I don't run ad-tech trackers or sell data to anyone. Here's exactly what touches your information and why.

What I collect

  • Instagram messages. If you message me on Instagram to get one of my free gifts, that conversation happens inside Meta's Instagram app and is subject to Meta's own privacy terms, not mine. I use ManyChat to help manage and automate parts of that conversation.
  • Email, if you sign up for it. I use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to send email. If you give me your email address, Kit stores it and I use it to send the things you asked for — the guide, and occasional follow-up notes. You can unsubscribe from any email I send, using the link at the bottom of it.
  • Basic site visits. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which logs standard web-server data (like IP address and browser type) for security and performance. I don't add a separate analytics tracker on top of that.
  • Link clicks. Some links on this site go through ClickMagick, a link-tracking service, so I can see in aggregate which links get used. It does not identify you personally to me.

What I don't do

  • I don't sell your information to anyone.
  • I don't share your email or Instagram details with anyone outside the tools named above, except where a program you buy through an affiliate link on this site collects your information directly for its own checkout — that transaction is between you and that company, governed by its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from email any time via the link in the email itself. Stop the Instagram conversation any time by simply not replying, or by blocking/reporting through Instagram's own tools. To ask me anything about this policy or request that I delete information I hold about you, see Contact.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
